Sacred Engagement
is the ability to meet another person at a deeper level, to see what is really there rather than what the surface presents, and to hold space for what is true without flinching.
Powerful Language
is the precision use of words to open, loosen, and shift the inner world, the foundations of Ericksonian language, the Meta Model, embedded commands, the language of suggestion and possibility.
The Alchemical Arc
runs through all of it, the framework that gives the work its particular flavour, and that makes sense of what you have probably always sensed: real change happens at a level most approaches do not reach.
Meet Alexia
Over 25 years of practice, running groups and 1:1 work, depth psychology, shamanism, hypnosis, NLP, Jung all of it in service of one thing: helping you find your way back to yourself. I know the swamplands of the soul the way a London cabbie navigates London.
