I am Alexia Elliott.
For over 25 years I have supported thousands of people through trauma, transformation, grief, awakening, and the kind of soul retrieval that cannot be put on a form. I draw from deep wells, Ericksonian hypnosis, Jungian depth psychology, NLP, and shamanic practice. More than method, what I bring is presence, perception, and permission. I guide people through the messy, sacred terrain of real change, where healing is cyclical rather than linear, and where the work goes somewhere that actually matters.
This is the work I teach, at Foundation and Advanced level, to practitioners ready to bring the same depth into their own practice.
How I Work
I have spent years doing rapid-change work, and I am adept at it. My focus now is on the deeper layers, the root systems, the kind of rewiring that leads to lasting transformation rather than temporary relief.
I work in the living space of the moment, sessions are intuitive, improvisational, and relational, underpinned by Ericksonian hypnosis, shamanism, and post-Jungian depth work.
I also trained as a clown facilitator, in the theatrical tradition where you strip everything back until only presence remains. It taught me to see what is actually in the room, and to meet people without the armour of expertise. That influence runs through everything I teach.
Where I have Come from
I have walked this terrain myself. My early years were shaped by trauma, addiction, and hardship. I raised my daughters alone, and walked through poverty and pain, the kind that either breaks you or shows you exactly what you are made of.
Those experiences sharpened my instincts and deepened my compassion. They are also why I teach the way I do, with honesty, without flinching, and with a deep respect for what it actually takes to change.
Whatever you are carrying, whatever you have walked through, it will not disqualify you here. It may be exactly what makes you the right person to do this work.
What Training With
Me Looks Like
I will teach you to work at this depth yourself, not just techniques, but the presence, perception, and permission underneath them. We will look at the maps you are learning to use, and test them against real practice.
You will laugh, probably cry, dig into what is real, and find capability in yourself you did not know was there. This is not a certificate you collect and forget, it is a way of working that stays with you.
I am here to help you become the practitioner who can hold this kind of space for others, because you have first learned to hold it for yourself.
